 A doctor’s appointment:

Patient: Good morning. Doctor Norris?

Doctor: Hi, How can I help you, Mr. Adams?

Patient: I’ve been having throat pain. My throat is swollen and I can’t swallow.

Doctor: How long have you been having the pain?

Patient: I have been having this pain during the last 5 days.

Doctor: Are you having any other problems along with the throat pain?

Patient: It is just the throat pain that is killing me.

Doctor: OK. Let’s have a look. Open your mouth as much as possible. Your throat is red. You need to do a blood test and then I will prescribe you medicines. In the meantime take vitamin C, eat soup, and take a rest. We will see after your results go out.

Patient: Thank you!
