My favourite food is fish soup in my country we call it “garudiya” it has a bland flavour we mostly eat it with rice and chili powder. I make fish soup like this. first boil water about the middle of the pot and put 1 teaspoon of salt add 3 chunks of fish, cut up onions 3 pieces of lemon grass, two chilis and cook well when it is cooked well it will start to foam take the foam out cook well for 1 minute and your fish soup is done!

Kitchen is the best room in the entire house for me,where I spend my free time to prepare delicious meals,Moroccans or international.moroccan gastronomy is one of the best in the world, national meals are Couscous ,Tajines ,Michwui und Pastilla.
In my kitchen I like to cook many dishes with meat, fish und vegetables und always use the Moroccan spices like safran, ginger, curcuma, cumin und the tepic one rasalhanout,it’s a mixt of 35 different spices.
In Morocco ,breakfast, lunch und dinner are all important for us,so i have each day very rich breakfast with Moroccan minttee, pancakes, bread with olivesoil, hony, butter, eggs und dates ,for my lunch I cook tajine,it’s a ceramic dish in which we cook meat with vegetables und olivesoil und spices und sometimes i prepare fish, salad und for dinner i like soups und riz…..
Und wenn i have good mood I cook Austria food like wiener schitzel und caiserschmarren: it’s a cut up pancake with risains und wenn i go out I taste everything what I don’t get home like grilled chicken or fish.
Wenn you come to Morocco or you have the opportunity to visit a Moroccan restaurant I recommend you to taste Tajine, couscous with 7 vegetables or pastilla:meat or seafood pie made with warqa dough, which is similar to filo. It is a specialty of Morocco.
